Orders are normally delivered within 1–6 business days and all shipments are fully trackable.

Shipping within Sweden costs SEK 69.


RETURNS WITHIN SWEDEN

We want you to feel completely satisfied with your order from Norling Studio. If for any reason you are not, you are welcome to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

To make a return, please contact us first at info@norlingstudio.com. We will then provide you with a return shipping label. The return shipping fee is SEK 99 and will be deducted from your refund.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

EXCHANGE WITHIN SWEDEN

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@norlingstudio.com and let us know which item you would like to exchange and what you would like instead.

We will be happy to assist you with the exchange. No return shipping fee is charged for exchanges within Sweden.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE EU

Shipping to countries within the EU, outside Sweden, costs SEK 199 with DHL.

Delivery time is normally 1–6 business days, and all shipments are fully trackable.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OUTSIDE SWEDEN

Customers returning items from countries outside Sweden are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If your country is subject to customs duties or other import charges, please make sure that any applicable fees are paid in advance. Norling Studio does not cover customs charges related to returned goods.

Packages requiring payment upon arrival will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.

RETURN GUIDE — STEP BY STEP

  1. Contact us at info@norlingstudio.com and include your order number together with information about the item or items you would like to return.
  2. Pack the items carefully in their original packaging, or equivalent protective packaging, to ensure they are not damaged during transport.
  3. Print the return label provided by us, attach it securely to the parcel and hand it in at a DHL representative.
  4. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase price, excluding any applicable return fee and original shipping cost.

Please allow some time for the refund to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund within one week of us processing your return, please contact us.

All returned items must be in perfect, unused condition, just as you received them.
