SHIPPING WITHIN SWEDEN

Delivery time is normally 1-6 business days, and all orders are traceable. Shipping within Sweden costs 69 SEK. 

RETURNS WITHIN SWEDEN

At Norling Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns with a full refund (excluding shipping costs) if returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

To make a return, you must first contact us by email at info@norlingstudio.com. Once we receive your request, we will send you a return label, which costs 99 SEK. A return without prior contact will not be accepted. This applies without exception.

EXCHANGES WITHIN SWEDEN

For exchanges, the same rules apply as for returns, with the exception that you need to specify which alternative you wish to exchange for. Contact us at info@norlingstudio.com, and we will help you with the exchange. For exchanges, we do not charge a return fee.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE EU

Shipping to countries within the EU costs 199 SEK and is sent with DHL. Delivery time is normally 1-6 business days, and all orders are traceable.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OUTSIDE SWEDEN

Please note that all returns from countries outside Sweden are paid for by you as the customer.

If your country is subject to customs duties, please pay any customs fees in advance to avoid your package being blocked upon arrival. Norling Studio does not cover customs fees for returns. Packages requiring payment upon arrival will be refused and returned to the sender.

RETURN GUIDE – STEP BY STEP

  1. Contact us at info@norlingstudio.com with your order number and information about what you wish to return. We will send you a return label and any further information.
  2. Pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging or equivalent, and ensure the package is properly protected.
  3. Print the return label and attach it to the package. Drop off the package at any DHL service point.
  4. Once we have received your return, we will confirm this by email and refund the purchase price (excluding the return fee and any original shipping). Keep an eye on your account and contact us if you have not received the refund within one week of us confirming receipt of the return.
  5. To be approved for return, the items must be in perfect condition, just as they were delivered to you.
