SHIPPING WITHIN SWEDENWe offer free shipping with DHL on all orders over SEK 1999. A cost of SEK 69 is added to other orders. Delivery time is normally 1-6 working days and all orders are traceable.
RETURNS WITHIN SWEDEN
It is important to us at Norling Studio that you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, we will accept returns with a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) if returned within 30 days of receiving your order. However, for the return to be accepted, you must first contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then receive a reply with a return slip that costs SEK 99.
EXCHANGE WITHIN SWEDEN
For exchanges, the same applies as for returns, except that we need information about what you wish to exchange for. Contact us at email@example.com and we will help you. If you want to exchange, we do not charge a return fee.
SHIPPING WITHIN EU
Shipping outside Sweden (within the EU) costs SEK 199 with DHL. Delivery time is normally 1-6 working days and all orders are traceable.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OUTSIDE SWEDEN
Please note that all returns made from countries other than Sweden are paid for by the customer.
If your country is subject to customs, please pay any customs fees in advance so that your package is not blocked upon arrival. Norling Studio does not cover the cost of customs fees for returned goods, so any package requiring payment on arrival will be refused and returned to the sender.
RETURN GUIDE - STEP BY STEP
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with information about the order number and what you want to return, and we will send you a return slip and possibly additional information.
- Put the goods you want to return in their original packaging, or equivalent, and make sure to send in packaging that protects the goods well.
- Print the return slip and stick it on the package, then hand it in to any DHL representative.
- As soon as we have received your return, we will make the refund of the purchase price (excluding the return fee and any original postage). Keep an eye on your account and contact us if you haven't received the money within a week.
The goods returned must be in perfect condition, just as you received them.
